MJ Restoration and Handyman Services is commited to helping our community one homeowner at a time.
Our process is designed to provide quality work you can trust at a price that will suit your budget.
Call us for a free evaluation, where our skilled craftsmen will come assess the situation.
The craftsmen will then call our office staff, and recieve two prices-
one which we call a 'Get er' done' price- A discounted price that if you choose to have the craftsman start your project that day
and
A price that is good anytime for 30 days after the assessment.
As your project is completed- Customers have the option to buy their own materials for the project before hand, or to reimburse the craftsman for the materials at the time of purchase. A one time $25.00 Trip Charge will be charged to the customer if the handyman needs to go to the supply store, along with the cost of the material purchased.
At the time of completion an invoice will be presented to the customer for all charges that incurred for the project. The customer then has the option to pay the Craftsman by Check (Made out to MJ restoration) OR Cash, in which a reciept will be provided upon payment.
The Customer may also pay by credit or debit card, in which the customer calls into our office to provide our staff with their payment details and will recieve a receipt in the form of email, a mailed receipt or both.
Our work is Guarenteed for 1 Year from the date of invoice, during which time MJ Restoration will repair, free of charge any defects in workmanship preformed based on the terms of the agreement with the customer.
